Powerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. The class will give you the tools to help you: Reduce Stress, Improve Self-Confidence, Manage Time, Set Goals, and Solve Problems, Better Communicate your Feelings, Make Tough Decisions, Locate Helpful Resources.

Registration and non-refundable payment are required to participate.  Additional donations are always appreciated to help CCESC continue to deliver research-based educational opportunities to the farmers, families, and young people of Sullivan County.
