Dementia Conversations

Registration is closed for this event
Conversations with family members who are showing signs of dementia can be challenging and uncomfortable. The fear or lack of awareness that may accompany these conversations can result in delays that have serious consequences for the entire family. Common difficult discussions include: • Going to the doctor. • When to stop driving. • Making legal and financial plans. This program provided by a grant from the Alzheimer's Association, Hudson Valley/Rockland/Westchester, NY Chapter.

Thank you for your interest in the Dementia Conversations!

Registration and non-refundable payment are required to participate.  Additional donations are always appreciated to help CCESC continue to deliver research-based educational opportunities to the farmers, families, and young people of Sullivan County.

You can find more details about this and other events on our website.  Scholarship information is also available at http://sullivancce.org/events.
