Kids-N-Goats

Registration is closed for this event
The program consists of guest speakers, hands-on and knowledge-based activities that are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Sullivan County youth enrolled in the 4h program or those who are interested in joining will be invited to experience a fun-filled program full of activities for goat enthusiasts. The program will consist of activities geared toward goats plus owner/raisers, encourage youth to reach personal goals, and develop skills that will add value in caring for goats. The youth will work on different topic areas and will be asked to take a survey on what they learned from each completed activity. Topics will include but not limited to selection of Dairy or Meat Goats, care, nutrition, herd management, product vs by-products and more.

Thank you for your interest in the  Kids-N-Goats program!
