Legal and Financial Planning for Alzheimer's Disease

Registration is closed for this event
This free educational program reviews important legal and financial issues that are part of estate planning and how to put these plans into place. There are new rules on N.Y.S. Community Medicaid that may impact many individuals accessing help in the home. Guest speaker, Martin Hersh, Esq./NAELA, (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys) will review all estate planning documents and will gladly take questions.

Thank you for your interest in the Legal and Financial Planning for Alzheimer's Disease program!

Registration and non-refundable payment are required to participate.  Additional donations are always appreciated to help CCESC continue to deliver research-based educational opportunities to the farmers, families, and young people of Sullivan County.
