Making the Most of Your Doctor's Visit

Registration is closed for this event
How well you communicate with your healthcare professional affects how well you understand your diagnosis and how well you manage your care within the health care team. Good communication leads to better health outcomes. Health care consumers will be given practical advice on how to prepare for medical appointments, communicating health issues with their doctor (and get answers to their questions), and help the individual find reliable information for more medical questions.

Thank you for your interest in Making the Most of Your Doctor's Visit!

Registration and non-refundable payment are required to participate.  Additional donations are always appreciated to help CCESC continue to deliver research-based educational opportunities to the farmers, families, and young people of Sullivan County.

You can find more details about this and other events on our website.  Scholarship information is also available at http://sullivancce.org/events.

In the event of special needs, please contact the office.
