FSMA: Farm Worker Health and Hygiene Training (May 5th)

Fruit and Vegetable Producers will be able to complete their yearly FSMA/GAPs training requirement for Farm Worker Health and Hygiene by attending this webinar. Ag Educator, Michelle Proscia will present on: The principles of food hygiene and food safety The importance of health and personal hygiene Recognizing symptoms of a health condition that could result in direct or indirect contamination of produce Other standards in the FSMA that are relevant to the farm worker’s job. ** A certificate of completion will be provided to all attendees for recordkeeping purposes.
