A Year in Textiles Challenge Part II

Registration is closed for this event
Are you a 4-H youth interested in textiles? Why not join us at Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County (CCESC) to learn how to make chicken scratch embroidery! This event will serve as an introduction to more programs that focus on working with textiles in the future. You will have the opportunity to learn from volunteers who can mentor you through the creation of the blanket and beyond! Anyone who registers to participate in the Chicken Scratch Embroidery Challenge will pick up materials needed during the Fiber Arts For All meeting held at CCESC. You are encouraged to stay and work on your project during the FAFA program where you will also have the opportunity to ask for help if needed! Available spots for this program are limited! Register today! NOTE: Signing up for this event does NOT mean you are signed up for all upcoming Textile programs.

Thank you for your interest in the A Year in Textiles Challenge Part II program!

Registration and non-refundable payment are required to participate.  Additional donations are always appreciated to help CCESC continue to deliver research-based educational opportunities to the farmers, families, and young people of Sullivan County.

You can find more details about this and other events on our website.  Scholarship information is also available at http://sullivancce.org/events.
